One Michigan pawn shop owner still can't believe he bought a Purple Heart from a soldier who earned the medal in Afghanistan last year. The owner of A-Z Outlet in Holland says the soldier was on leave and needed some extra money for the holidays, so he sold one of his two Purple Hearts, according to Fox 17.

Now people have been calling the store trying to buy the medal back to help this soldier out. The owner says he will not sell it and will keep it safe until the soldier comes back. He hasn't said how much he paid for the medal. It's a good thing he's going to hold on to it and not sell it.
