Michigan Man Says Home Was Burglarized Because Toilet Seat Was Down

The Traverse City man, who lives alone, says that he always leaves the seat up. 

Turns out, he was right.

The man called police last Saturday. When they arrived at his home, they found a 26-year-old man passed out in his garage. He was drunk and had also stolen some prescription drugs from the house.

The two men didn't know each other. Interesting that he noticed the toilet seat up BEFORE he noticed a drunk dude passed out in his garage.
