Michigan Humane Society Rescues Dog From Hot Car, Confronts Owner [VIDEO]
During Michigan's rash of recent hot weather, a Michigan Humane Society investigator discovered a dog locked inside a parked car on Detroit's east side. The dog had been left alone for about 20 minutes, so he popped the car door open, and spoke to the owner when she returned.
