Michigan Cops Buy Car Seat for Family Instead of Issuing a Ticket [VIDEO]

God bless these West Michigan cops. When officers Jason Pavlige and James Hodges stopped a couple who was transporting a 10-month old baby without a car seat, they did the right thing -- Rather than issuing a citation, the two bought the family a car seat.
