It was a normal day for Norman Saleh who owns XS-Trash, a disposal company serving the Detroit area. Normal until his clean-up job at a house in Dearborn Heights led him to a box containing $100,000 in savings bonds. But that's not the unbelievable part.

Saleh contacted the homeowner, who showed up almost immediately. "Norm, this is coming back to you tenfolds." [sic] he told Saleh. In addition to a $15,000 tip, the homeowner handed over the keys to the house, which is reported to be worth $160,000.

Saleh told Detroit's WJBK he wasn't expecting anything for making the discovery, but the homeowner insisted. He does not yet know what he'll do with the house once it's all cleaned out.
