Orlando Shaw, from Nashville, is the 33 year-old father of 22 children from 14 different women.

Of course, Orlando does not pay child support. The state of Tennessee pays over $7500 each month to support Orlando's offspring. The very fertile Orlando has been hauled into court several times, and has even served some jail time, but the magistrate is reluctant to put him behind bars again. The hope is that if Orlando is free, he is able to find a job to support his children.
