Have you ever looked at a dog and said to yourself, he or she looks smart? That's what I said to myself when I first saw this picture of Cooper, today's Pal with Paws.

Cooper is a three-year-old Lab mix, I would say more Lab than mix. Cooper was rescued by the Figgins family about three-years ago from animal control. I bet if Cooper could talk he would say, I love you guys. Christine Figgins told me that Cooper is one of the sweetest and smartest dogs she has ever known.
