This is Cooper! He's a 2-year-old rat terrier who was surrendered, along with a cat, because the owner could no longer afford them. He definitely needs a fenced-in yard, but he's super lovable and fun to be around. Give the Humane Society of Genesee County a call at 810-744-0511.
