Medical Pot Issue Still Undecided In Flint Township

,Flint Township will be without an ordinance for medical marijuana for a little while longer after a number of people raised concerns during public meetings.  The board also expressed concern about whether the law was legal or not, based on different interpretations and challenges around the state. Flint Township has a moratorium on medical marijuana facilities that runs until October 4th.
