McDonald’s To Receive $1 Billion Makeover [VIDEO]

I don’t know how far back you go with McDonald’s, but they have made many changes over the years,both to the menu and the decor, some good and some not so good. In the beginning for McDonald’s it was all about how cheap it was to feed your gang on a night out.
Its certainly gotten a little more complicated since then. Read more about the change and check out the video after the jump.The fast food giant plans to drop roughly $1 billion to re-decorate its restaurants, replacing red-and-yellow plastic with faux-leather and harsh overhead lighting with something that creates more ambiance.
Among the items on the remodeling list are redoing roofs, dividing dining areas and adding flat-screen TVs.
