Here we go again. Former ‘Friends’ star Matthew Perry is returning to rehab.

The 41-year-old actor confirmed the news in a statement to PEOPLE, saying, “I’m making plans to go away for a month to focus on my sobriety and to continue my life in recovery. Please enjoy making fun of me on the World Wide Web.” read more of the story after the jump.

This is the third time that Perry, who has long battled addictions to alcohol and prescription pills, has entered rehab. He previously sought treatment in 1997 and 2001.

I guess you could say not a good week for Matthew, ABC has just announced that 'Mr. Sunshine' has been canceled.
