Man Requests Police Presence While He Spanks His Daughter [PHOTO]

Of COURSE it happened in Florida! The good stories only come out of the sunshine state! Dale Garcia called the Okeechobee County Sheriff's Office to ask for police presence while he disciplined his 12-year-old daughter with a paddle.

His daughter had been fighting with her sister, but when he went to spank her, she said it was "against the law." So Dale called the cops, and a deputy came to his house. The deputy told him that it was within his rights to spank her with a paddle.

And apparently, this is NOT the first time this has happened. In fact, according to the deputy, it's the 12th time in his 28-year career he's seen this.
