Man Kills Brother Over Cheeseburger [VIDEO]

One brother is dead and one is in custody after the two got into a dispute over a cheeseburger. Police in St. Cloud, Fla. say 25-year-old Benjamin Middendorf shot and killed his older brother, 28-year-old Nicholas Middendorf, after their mother and the older brother had been out drinking.

13/CNN reports that their mother can be heard yelling, "I hope you go to jail!" to her younger son on the 911 recording.
