Customers at the Las Vegas eatery known as the Heart Attack Grill thought it was a joke. It wasn't.
The restaurant flaunts it's unhealthy fare with scantily-clad "nurses" as wait staff and customers as "patients."
Heart Attack Grill owner Joe Basso knew right away when a man in his 40's eating a Triple Bypass Burger was having trouble.
He was sweating, shaking and could barely talk.

Paramedics were called and the man was taken to a hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown.

Patrons of the Heart Attack Grill are given surgical gowns and gloves as they choose from menu items like "Bypass Burgers", "Flatliner Fries" and Butterfat shakes. A sign near the door warns that "This establishment is bad for your health." Basso said that he hopes that the man is okay and that he felt bad for him because the customers/tourists treated his misfortune like it was a joke. "We would never pull a stunt like that," Basso said.
