Man Gets Ultimate Birthday Surprise, Meeting Bone Marrow Donor

A West Michigan man got a bigger-than-life birthday surprise when he got to meet the bone marrow donor that saved his life.

You may think someone is cutting onions when Bruce Becke realizes what is happening to him in the video below. You've been warned.

Becke and his family were celebrating his birthday at Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek when he struck up a conversation with the couple at an adjoining table.

"Three years ago, I got a stem cell transplant from a 26-year-old kid in Baltimore, Maryland," Becke told the couple. "He's the only reason I'm here today."

As the conversation continued, the couple revealed that they were also from Baltimore and then an unsuspecting Becke realizes that he is seated right next to Mike Driscoll, the man who saved his life.
