If you were to see a co-worker get injured on the job, how would you react?

Meet Ron, the man who was on the roof of an Irvine, California golf shop.  We're not sure why he was on the roof, but we're sure his name is Ron.  We know this because of the awesome reaction from his co-worker, Billy.

Billy told Ron not to move, and you would think that would be in case he had a back injury, right?  Wrong!  He had to take a picture first!
