Some members of the jury were  hesitant to award him any money, but they said that they had to give him something so it "doesn't happen again."

A Virginia jury has awarded a man a half-million dollars after he caught doctors on video, mocking him during his colonoscopy.

A 42-year-old female anesthesiologist was heard telling the man, "After five minutes of talking to you in pre-op, I wanted to punch you in the face and man you up a little bit.” She also mentions that he might have "syphilis" on his arm, referring to a rash on the patient.

To hear all the comments made by the medical staff, watch the video above. Some of the language may be considered NSFW.

The man decided to turn his phone to "video" and record the colonoscopy, hoping to receive (according to him) "instructions" from the doctor. That makes absolutely no sense to me; instructions? Was he going to try a colonoscopy at home later? Personally, and this is just my opinion...I think this guy knew he was a pain in the butt (pun intended) and he recorded them with the intent of catching insults.

What do you think? Does he deserve the money? Or was he out for money in the first place?
