Apparently you've been screwing up your mashed potatoes you entire life. What a disappointment!

Margo True, Food Editor for 'Sunset Magazine' offers a few tips for making perfect mashed potatoes, in this video posted by 'Chow'.

Is it me, or is she a bit condescending? And I don't mean a little bit condescending. I mean A LOT! And the milk -- is she making mashed potatoes, or a potato smoothie? WTH?!?

OK, she has some valid points, like use the right spuds, and be sure to cook them long enough. Point taken. But drop the attitude, sister. And if I want to skimp on the milk, I'll skimp on the milk. Chill.
