The 55-year-old Madonna is said to have moved on from her last boyfriend to one her backup dancers, 26-year-old Timmor Steffens. If there is ever anyone that fits the definition of cougar, it's Madonna! Steffens - also a director, choreographer and actor - has gotten the seal of approval from Madge's 13-year-old son, Rocco.
