M-Step Testing Begins Today for Michigan School Students [VIDEO]

Make sure the kids get plenty of rest and eat a healthy breakfast this week, as students begin M-Step testing here in Michigan. The Michigan Student Test of Educational Progress replaces MEAP testing.

The test is said to be more challenging than the MEAP, and is administered online in most cases. The test is designed to assess students' growth in English language arts, mathematics, and social studies for younger students, and college preparedness in 11th grade students.
