Local Realtor Charged With Luring Teenage Boy for Sex [VIDEO]

A Goodrich real estate agent is accused of using social media to lure underage boys into his home for sex.

Terry Cadarette of Real Estate Pros in Goodrich is said to have used the gay social media app Grindr to communicate with underage boys. Cadarette has been charged with five counts of child sexual abuse for the 2013 incident.
