Legalities be damned! Sometimes you do the right thing as a human being.

 

The nurse was not legally obligated to provide CPR to the woman in distress, that's true. But do you think that she should have offered CPR anyway, even if it goes against company policy? It seems to be the right thing to do, doesn't it? Should the nurse suffer legal or financial consequences for refusing CPR to the woman who ultimately passed away?
