There's something cathartic about popping Bubble Wrap.

We're sorry to burst your bubble, but the folks that make bubble wrap are changing the recipe. The 'new and improved' stuff won't pop when you squeeze it.

One of life's little pleasures, gone!

Sealed Air, the company that makes Bubble Wrap, will begin selling its product in flat, deflated sheets. Companies that use it will have a special pump to inflate the material before they use it for shipping. The new product will be called 'iBubble Wrap.'

(Because everything is better when you put an 'i' in front of it.)

The upside is, a single truckload of iBubble Wrap can hold as much packaging material as 47 truckloads of the old stuff. The downside is, it won't pop.

Way to suck the fun out of it, guys!
