Kids Give Back to Community During ‘Mission Makeover Week’ [VIDEO]

One of the groups is working on the playground at the Autism Support and Resource Center!

Seventy kids are working throughout Genesee County for Mission Makeover Week, led by the Holy Family Catholic Church in Grand Blanc. They spent their time with Catholic Charities, and also doing some landscaping for the ASRC in Burton. The ASRC is very near and dear to us; our son has autism and we've worked very closely with them for the "Driving Fore Autism" golf outing.

During the week, the kids spend four days, six to seven hours a day, working out in the community.
