Kentucky Woman Rescues Puppy in Trash Bag – The Good News [VIDEO]

“If this is your puppy, let me know. If you are the scoundrel who put it in a garbage bag and tossed it on the side of the road… you’re a sicko.”

Malissa Sargent Lewis was driving down a rural road in Kentucky when she saw something odd....a garbage bag that was moving. She turned on her camera, fully expecting to see a wild animal in the bag. She opened it, and found a 8-week-old puppy.

Kentucky Animal Control was contacted, and Malissa posted the video on her Facebook page. She's decided to keep the puppy, and named him Hefty.
