Kelly Ripa’s Awkward Return to ‘Live’ Has Everyone Talking [VIDEO]

Kelly Ripa says her time away from Live has opened the door for much greater conversations in the workplace.

Her return ended a week long protest that started when the news broke that her co-host Michael Strahan was leaving Live. Kelly has said she felt blindsided by the announcement, and did not appear on three shows last week. After her standing ovation upon her return today Kelly said her time away helped her gain some perspective.

What transpired over the course of a  few days has been extraordinary, in the since that it started a much greater conversation about communication and consideration, and most importantly respect
