Justin Bieber Cleans Up at AMA Awards

Justin Bieber became the youngest-ever winner of the Artist of the Year Award, beating Eminem, Usher, Katy Perry and Lady GaGa.  

The 16 year-old Bieber actually went four-for-four last night in the awards division.

The highlight of the evening was the performance by the Backstreet Boys and the New Kids on the Block, if you believe the water-cooler talk by the Monday Morning Quarterbacks.  A pregnant Pink also gave a pyrotechnics-rich performance, but unlike in the past, she stayed off the high wires.  Katy Perry, Kid Rock, Train, and Taylor Swift also turned in noteworthy performances.  Swift, last year's Artist of the Year winner, sported a sexy new hairdo, trading in her trademark curls for a smooth, straight version of her blond locks.
