Then: Jonathan Taylor Thomas played snarky middle child Randy Taylor on the long running sitcom, ‘Home Improvement,’ a role which made “JTT” extremely popular with the ‘Teen Beat’ set. During the ’90s he was also the voice of Simba in ‘The Lion King’ and spoofed fellow child actor Macaulay Culkin on ‘In Living Color.’ So what happened to him?

Now: Despite stints on ‘Smallville’ and ‘Veronica Mars,’ Thomas’ career as an adult never came close to matching his youthful success. (His last acting credit was a short film in 2006.) The 30-year-old graduated from Columbia last year, and when he attended a ‘Home Improvement’ reunion arranged by Entertainment Weekly in September it was the first time many of his former castmates had seen him since 1998. We’re sure “JTT” fans are awaiting their idol’s comeback.
