Join Our Team to Make Strides Against Breast Cancer

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and the Making Strides walk helps raise awareness and raise money for prevention. Almost everyone has been affected by cancer in some way. Either yourself or someone you love has had to fight the battle.

The American Cancer Society raises money to fund resources right here in Genesee County. The funds from the Making Strides walk not only fund research, but also provide free information and support for those fighting and their families, and help people reduce their breast cancer risk.

The Making Strides walk is a powerful event. If you have never been, it is so much more than just a three-mile walk. It is a celebration of survivors and the opportunity to remember loved ones.

If you want to join the Cars 108 team for the walk on Saturday, October 13th you can sign up here. Registration for the walk begins at 8:30 am and the walk itself begins at 10 am.
