Jerry Sandusky Sentenced to at Least 30 Years in Prison [VIDEO]
October 9, 2012 11:32 AM Former Penn State head coach Jerry Sandusky has been effectively sentenced to life in prison, as he has been sentenced to between 30 and 60 years in prison.

Three of his victims spoke, and a defiant Sandusky continued to deny the allegations, offering a rambling statement, focused on the pain a lengthy prison sentence would cause him.
