Loughner has been arrested for the shooting spree at a political event outside a Safeway grocery store in Tucson, allegedly targeting U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ). More than a dozen people were injured and six people were killed in the shooting. He is expected to appear in court, January 10.
