Is Miley Cyrus A Liar?

Miley Cyrus has actually written a memoir and talks about being bullied in school.  But a friend from childhood claims she's lying.  Are you surprised? Miley goes on about being picked on in school and said she was bullied.  Her friend says it was actually the other way around and that Miley was the bully and picked on other people.  Her childhood friend says Miley is a liar and was a brat to everyone.  I think we can agree with Miley's friend because look at how she acts now.  Over the weekend, a video was posted of her smoking something from a bong.  If you would like to read more, click here.  It's no surprise that she was the bully.  If you really want to read the book, it's called "Miley Cyrus: Miles to Go."
