Is Apple Really Ditching the Headphone Jack on Its Next iPhone? [VIDEO]

It's still in the rumor stage, but sources are saying that Apple may eliminate the headphone jack from its next iPhone. Why? So they can make it thinner.

What will this mean for you? In order to use headphones with the next generation of iPhone, consumers will be forced to buy Bluetooth headphones, or use an adapter that plugs into the phone's power jack.

There's little doubt that apple will be the sole manufacturer of such an adapter, and will probably charge a premium price for it.
