Insane Hit and Run Caught on Camera [VIDEO-NSFW]

This just might be the most insane thing you see today. After some sort of an altercation, a guy jumps into his car and backs into a pedestrian.  He then throws it in drive and takes off with the pedestrian clinging to the back of his car.

There were a ton of eye witnesses and apparently no one is pressing charges.
