It's the SAME ONE that landed in our subdivision last summer, right around the same time!

Help me out here, fellow Michiganders. I've only lived here for three years, so please explain: why are hot air balloons landing in random neighborhoods for no reason? And why is it the SAME ONE?

ABC 12 reported that the exact same hot air balloon that landed in our subdivision last summer (see video above) landed last night in the Indian Hill neighborhood. Emergency crews were not called; they weren't called when the balloon landed in our neighborhood last summer, either.

But why? I'm confused. Why are hot air balloons landing in residential neighborhoods? At least, for us, said balloon deflated after landing, and a truck carrying a trailer came to pick it up. But WHY? Isn't that dangerous? I don't get it!
