High School Senion with MS Scores Touchdown

High school senior Trent Glaze has Muscular Dystrophy. He's also Fairfield Union High's football-team captain, and Homecoming King. Since Glaze is wheelchair-bound, his role as football captain is limited to assisting the coaching staff, and analyzing game tape.

But that changed in his final game, as Glaze rolled onto the field in full uniform, took a hand-off from the quarterback, and then — with an assist from Fairfield’s opponent — scored a touchdown on a power sweep.

Check out the touching video, after the jump.
