Help Steph Choose the Perfect Mother / Son Wedding Dance Song

I didn't realize until two days ago that I had to pick the perfect song for my upcoming mother / son wedding dance. Unfortunately, the bands I like (Metallica) don't do songs that are suitable for this kind of occasion. So I'm going to lean on you guys to help me pick the perfect song.

I'm leaning towards 'Simple Man' at the moment, but do you think it's too rock n' roll? I have a few more songs that I like below, but if there is a song I'm not thinking of -- please suggest it. I have to let them know by the first of the week, so your feedback is greatly appreciated.
