"It's where I go to forget I'm sick." Those are the words from a Hurley Children's Hospital miracle child regarding the hospital's playrooms. But those rooms are in desperate need of renovations.  You can help make a difference, and it only costs a few seconds of your time.

During the month of May, you can vote for your favorite local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, each represented by a brave miracle child. The hospital with the most votes at the end of the month will win a $25,000 donation.

Archer is one of the miracle children from Hurley Children's Hospital.  On August 19, 2009, 5-year-old Archer was run over by an industrial lawn mower in a freak accident at a friend’s house. Archer suffered life threatening injuries, losing 1.5 toes on his left foot and severing 95% of his right foot. Archer was airlifted to Hurley Children's Hospital where he underwent 4 surgeries, repairing the partial amputation of his right foot, and a skin graft and pins in both of his feet to stabilize the broken bones.

Hurley would be able to renovate both of the hospital's playrooms if Archer wins the Battle of the Brave contest.  He is currently in second place, but with your help and the help of others in our community, we can help this miracle child win.  You can vote once per day by clicking here.  Help us to spread the word for this great cause by sharing this story with your friends and family.
