Heavy Rains Cause Flooding, Close Portions of I-75 in SE Michigan [VIDEO]

Potions of I-75 in Detroit, as well as the Lodge Freeway and both directions of I-94, were closed Thursday morning due to flooding.

A flash flood warning for much of the Detroit area, including Wayne County and parts of Oakland and Macomb counties was issued by the National Weather Service.

Heavy rain made for a difficult commute this morning, closing The Lodge Freeway under Cobo Center. All lanes of east and west bound I-94 under M-10 also closed.
