Halo Burger Continues Family Tradition And Community Involvement [AUDIO]
Halo Burger has been a Flint icon for decades, and the family tradition continues. The Thomas family sold the restaurant chain back in December to the Dortsch family.
Familiar with the Halo Burger legacy, the new owners will move forward with the same delicious products developed and perfected by Bill Thomas.
The Dortsch family, whose 70 years of family-run local businesses include Troy Cleaners, Qdoba, and over 40 Subway restaurants in Mid-Michigan, now welcome the Halo Burger chain into their family of local properties. They are firm believers in family, quality and becoming more community involved. Halo Burger was very involved in the recent Cars 108 Stuff the Bus promotion, and currently sponsor the Back to School portal site right here on WCRZ.com.
Polly Dortsch-Conlan dropped by the Cars 108 Studio this past Wednesday. Check out our interview here:
