Guys – If You’re Not Going To Shave In November, Make Sure You Know Why

Trust me, you're gonna have to defend yourself to your wife after a few weeks. 

"G'day, mate! Nice mo!"

In Australia, that means you have a nice mustache. I'm sure you've heard of Movember, or No Shave November. Surprisingly, they're actually two different things!

Movember is a movement to draw attention to men's health issues, such as prostate cancer and testicular cancer. It started in (no surprise here) Australia, and has become an American tradition among men. Here's how to participate:

1. Sign up HERE

2. Grow out your mustache for 30 days

3. Raise money from friends and family, and donate all the money you save on shaving products.

In contrast, No-Shave November is not the same thing, but it's darn close. It's meant to raise awareness for ALL cancer patients who lose their hair. So, go the distance and grow out an entire beard. You can learn more about it HERE.

I'll be honest, my beard in the above picture is NOT from Movember or No-Shave November. It's just the most epic beard I've ever been able to grow.
