Oh I can hardly wait! Actually because there's a history of cancer in my family, this is my second time, and it's not really that bad. As they say though, the prep is a lot worse than the procedure.

And if I'm a little bit grumpy today, it's because I can't have any solid food. Neat.

But seriously, if you're over 50, have it done. My doctor told me that anyone with a family history of cancer should begin having it done at age 40. If you've been putting it off, make the call.
