The internet sensation known as "Grumpy Cat" has reached new heights in its career, moving now, from the internet to feature films. How does that happen?

Deadline reports that the agents (Yes, Grumpy cat has it's own agents) have come together to make a film. Producer Todd Garner had this to say:

This started off as a picture of a cat, but rare is an image that evokes that much comedy, You read all of the memes and the comments, and one is funnier than the next. We think we can build a big family comedy around this character.
