The "Got Milk?" question is a thing of the past, as a new ad campaign rolls out today.

It's been a 20 year run for one of the most recognized ad campaigns in the country. The "Got Milk?" ad first appeared in 1994, and featured supermodel Naomi Campbell sporting the now iconic milk mustache. Elton John, Katie Couric, David Beckham and Bill Clinton were also featured in the campaign, which was meant to convey to consumers that everybody drinks milk, even cool celebrities.

Today's replacement for the "Got Milk?" campaign features ordinary people and families, and is meant to inform consumers of the protein rich benefits of the drink. "Milk Life" hopes to show how milk can power you through everyday challenges and achievements. The Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP) is said to be spending $50 million on this new marketing effort.
