A 19 year-old Goodwill employee thought he was paying it forward by giving discounts to some of the "neediest" customers who shopped at his store. Goodwill's reaction was not what he expected...

When Goodwill discovered that 19 year-old Andrew Anderson was giving discounts to some of the "neediest" customers who shopped at their store, they not only fired him, they also turned him over to the local sheriff's office to be charged with grand theft. Andrew says, "The intent I had was to help people, just like Goodwill says, we help people." A spokesperson for Goodwill said "Our stores are not around to give a hand out, they're around to give people a hand up."

Who do you think is in the wrong in this situation?
