Usually a random act of kindness involves a cup of coffee, or holding a door for someone, not a free set of tires. But this picture, posted on Reddit, depicts a good deed of monstrous proportion. A typed note, left by a Good Samaritan in Washington, NC, tells the truck's owner that a complete set of new tires is waiting for him at a local tire store.

The generous donor only asks that the recipient does something nice for someone in the future.

You do not know me but I saw that you needed some tires for your truck and I wanted to do something nice for a stranger because one day a stranger did something nice for me. The receipt is in the envelope and all you have to do is go by Warehouse Tire on 3rd Street and ask for Steven Hodges and they will be put on for free. All I ask is that one day you do something nice for a complete stranger.

Share your random acts of kindness with us. Have you ever helped someone who's struggling in line at the grocery store? Has a complete stranger every paid for your order at a restaurant?
