Get Rollin’ with Flint Roller Derby — Bootcamp Starts This Sunday

You may have seen a few of my team members and I on FOX 66 this morning skating and having fun. As you know, I play roller derby. I was on a team in Lapeer and I have since transferred to Flint Roller Derby to train. I could totally talk your ear off about how freaking cool roller derby is, but I wanted to let you know that you can be a part of my team.

Flint Roller Derby will be holding a six week boot camp to teach you everything you would ever need to know about the game and how to skate. Here are the details:

• January 8th - February 15th every Wednesday (7:30-9:30pm) and Sunday (4-6p)
• Sunday practice location is the River Church @ 9430 Perry Rd, Goodrich, MI, 48438
• Wednesday practice location is Rollhaven @ 5315 S. Saginaw Rd. Flint, MI, 48507

Seriously, if you are looking for something different and you want to get out of your comfort zone, consider joining me and my roller derby friends this Sunday.
