Clio school Superintendent Dr. James Tenbusch has been placed on administrative leave.

This comes on the heels of a picture that sparked outrage with parents at the high school. Last week, the boys and girls track team from Clio packed onto an overcrowded bus to take them more than 40 minutes away to a meet in Holly.

"The picture is worth a thousand words" said one Clio parent. Tenbusch sent an apology letter to parents following the incident. His investigation revealed that 81 students were transported; that is 10 more than the state guidelines set in place.

Tenbusch the  superintendent is saying the track team only ordered one bus for the trip, and the decision to leave with it overcrowded falls on the driver. But the union representative, who represents the driver is saying just the opposite. More to the story in the video.
