Free Quit Smoking Class to be Held at Burton Health Center

Looking to kick the habit? The Genesee County Health Department and the Smoke-free, Multi-Agency, Resource Team is providing a free quit smoking class at the Burton Health Clinic.

Sheryl Deutsch, MPH, will get participants started on their journey to smoke-free living. During the class, attendees will create a quit plan, gain a better understanding of nicotine addiction, receive a list of resources, and learn strategies to avoid relapses.
