Free Food Distribution In Flint

Three local forces have teamed up to distribute food to those in need in our community. The Greater Sunrise Rotary, The Salvation Army and the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan are sponsoring the giveaway next Thursday beginning at 10am. Read more for all the details. It begins at 10am on Thursday June 7th and will continue until supplies are gone. A photo identification is required and you are instructed to remain in your vehicle at all times. Vehicles will line up along Kearsley Street starting at the Beach Street intersection and continue around the corner on to Church Street. Please do not block traffic lanes.

Volunteers will request your photo ID and ask you to sign the required Food Bank registration form. Food will be placed in the vehicle at the distribution area only. After loading, please continue along Beach Street to the exit area. Please do not attempt to go through the line more than once.
